Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept commissions?

Yes, I do! It depends on the subject and my current project load, but I’m always happy to hear your ideas. If you’d like something similar to my previous works, or have a specific request in mind, feel free to reach out. I’ll let you know if I can take it on, what the expected timeframes are, and the price. My commission pricing is typically based on the size of the painting and the time required to complete it, so I’ll share a detailed price list with you when we discuss your request.

How does delivery work?

I take great care to ensure that each painting is securely packed and safely shipped from my studio in Italy. Please allow 2-5 business days for me to prepare your order before it’s dispatched. For delivery within Europe, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For orders to the United States, delivery usually takes 7-14 business days, depending on the shipping service and destination.

What payment options do I have?

I use Stripe to accept payments, which gives you a variety of options, including:

  • Visa (credit and debit cards)

  • MasterCard (credit and debit cards)

  • American Express

  • Apple Pay

This should cover the most common payment options. If you have a specific request or need assistance with a different payment method, feel free to get in touch!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I offer worldwide shipping! However, I do not ship to Russia, as it would break my heart to send my art to a country that has caused so much pain to me and my homeland, Ukraine. Thank you for understanding.

What happens if my order is lost or delayed?

If your order is lost or delayed, we’ll definitely sort it out together. I always ship with tracking so we can monitor your package along the way. If the delay is caused by an issue on my end, I’ll take care of it. Just reach out to me, and we’ll work through it!

What if my painting arrives damaged?

I take great care to package each painting securely, using waterproof sleeves and sturdy materials to avoid damage. But if it arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the artwork and send them to me as soon as possible. We’ll work together to find a solution, whether it’s a replacement, repair, or refund.

What if the price is too high for me?

I completely understand that art is an investment. If the price is too high right now, I suggest subscribing to my newsletter. From time to time, I offer special discounts through the newsletter, and you’ll be the first to know about them!
