This painting depicts the road leading to Zambla Alta, a small village near where I live, in Oneta. I’ve always been fascinated by how the clouds brush against Monte Alben and the contrast between the vastness of the mountain and the small cars driving along the road. This contrast is what I wanted to capture in this piece.
